In the interest of allowing the trip out of St J to begin in a more manageable manner…I have lessened the grade from St J to Greensboro Bend. At this time 2 GP’s are able to pull 24 cars and a caboose all the way to Hardwick. Any train that size will require a helper to move further west….or double the hill to Wolcott…where I have installed a passing siding. Hopefully the crew will find this an interesting aspect to operations.
